Troy Miller READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tavares, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, A. Troy Miller, Priscilla Tyson, Eileen Paley, and Hearcel Craig EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 0634-2009 To rezone 1434 NORTH HIGH STREET (43201), being 0.13± acres located on the east side of North High Street, 55± feet north of Euclid Avenue, From: AR-O, Apartment Residential/Office District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District.(Rezoning # Z08-065). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Craig, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, A. Troy Miller, Priscilla Tyson, Eileen Paley, and Hearcel Craig 0672-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.037, R-2F, Residential District; 3332.27, Rear yard; 3332.28, Side or rear yard obstruction; 3342.12,Lighting; 3342.15, Maneuvering; Section 3342.17, Parking lot screening; 3342.26, Wheel stop device and 3372.521(B), Supplemental parking requirements, of the Columbus City Codes for the property located at 35 & 37 WEST OAKLAND AVENUE (43201), to develop a 25 19 space parking lot with reduced development standards in the R-2F, Residential District. TABLED UNTIL 11/16/09 A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Craig, that this matter be Tabled to Certain Date. Troy Miller, Priscilla Tyson, Eileen Paley, and Hearcel Craig 0677-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3353.03, C-2, Permitted uses; 3309.14, Height districts; and 3342.28, Minimum number of parking spaces required, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 3349 EAST LIVINGSTON AVENUE (43227), to permit multi-family residential development with increased building height and a reduction in required parking spaces in the C-2, Commercial District and to declare an emergency (Council Variance # CV09-002). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, A.
