CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 0602-2009 To amend Ordinance #1718-2008, passed February 23, 2009, by repealing Section 1 in its entirety and replacing with a new Section 1 thereby correcting errors in the legal descriptions of the subject property and to declare an emergency. (Rezoning # Z06-085A). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Amended to Emergency.
