IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. ROLL CALL Absent 1 - Charleta Tavares Present 6 - Michael Mentel, Andrew Ginther, Priscilla Tyson, Hearcel Craig, Eileen Paley, and A. Troy Miller READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Ginther, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Charleta Tavares Affirmative: 6- Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Michael Mentel, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 1168-2009 To rezone 6112 SAWMILL ROAD (43017), being 3.9± acres located on the west side of Sawmill Road, 760± feet south of Abbey Church Road, From: L-M, Limited Manufacturing District, To: L-M, Limited Manufacturing District and to declare an emergency. (Rezoning # Z09-016) A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Ginther, that this matter be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Charleta Tavares Affirmative: 6- Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, A. (Rezoning # Z09-016) A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Ginther, that this matter be Approved as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Charleta Tavares Affirmative: 6- Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Michael Mentel, and Andrew Ginther 1229-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3361.02, Permitted uses, of the Columbus City Codes for the property located at 4940 GENDER ROAD (43110), to permit ground floor dwellings in the CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency. (Council Variance #CV09-014). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Craig, that this matter be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Charleta Tavares Affirmative: 6- Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Michael Mentel, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Ginther, that this matter be Approved as Amended.
