IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS. ROLL CALL Present 7 - Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, Priscilla Tyson, Hearcel Craig, Eileen Paley, and A. Troy Miller READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tavares, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, Priscilla Tyson, Hearcel Craig, A. Troy Miller, and Eileen Paley EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. CRAIG GINTHER MILLER PALEY TAVARES MENTEL 1257-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, AR-4 Permitted Uses and 3342.15, Maneuvering, of the Columbus City Codes for the property located at 28 EAST ELEVENTH AVENUE (43201), to permit a property management office in the AR-4, Apartment Residential District with one stacked parking space. (Council Variance #CV08-028) A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Michael Mentel, Charleta Tavares, Andrew Ginther, Priscilla Tyson, Hearcel Craig, A. Troy Miller, and Eileen Paley 1277-2009 To rezone 1729 NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (43212), being 1.76± acres located at the southwest corner of Northwest Boulevard and Chambers Road, From: C-4, Commercial District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z09-011). Troy Miller, and Eileen Paley A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Approved as Amended. Troy Miller, and Eileen Paley 1332-2009 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3333.02, AR-12, ARLD and AR-1, Apartment residential district use; 3333.09, Area requirements; 3333.18, Building lines; 3333.23, Minimum side yard permitted; 3342.15, Maneuvering; 3342.18, Parking setback line; 3342.28, Minimum number of parking spaces required; and 3372.521 (D) (E), Supplemental parking requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1283 SUMMIT STREET (43201), to permit three separate single-family lots with reduced development standards in the AR-1, Apartment Residential District (Council Variance # CV07-028). A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Tavares, that this matter be Approved.
