READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL
A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tyson, to Dispense with the reading
of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote:
Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley,
Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther
EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION
ZONING: MILLER, CHR. CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER
2067-2013 To rezone 6517 EAST BROAD STREET (43004), being 11.0± acres
located at the southwest corner of East Broad Street and Brice Road,
From: CPD, Commercial Planned Development, L-C-2, Limited
Commercial, and R, Rural Districts, To: CPD, Commercial Planned
Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning #
Z13-038).
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be
Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote:
Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley,
Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be
Approved as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote:

2068-2013 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3345.04, Permitted
Uses, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 6633
EAST BROAD STREET (43004), to permit commercial vehicular
access through a private street located in the PUD-8, Planned Unit

# CV13-025).
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be

located at 965 & 1015 WEST FIFTH AVENUE (43212), to permit
multi-unit residential development in the M, Manufacturing District
(Council Variance # CV13-028).
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be
Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley,
Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther
2180-2013 To amend Ordinance #3024-90, passed January 23, 1990, for
property located at 5316 TUTTLE CROSSING BOULEVARD (43220),
by amending the limitation overlay text in Section 9 as it pertains to
building and parking setbacks in Subarea 11A (Z90-104B).
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be
Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther
