IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ROLL CALL Present 7 - A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Craig, seconded by Tyson, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: MILLER, CHR. CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0220-2014 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.037, R-2F, Residential District; and 3332.26(C)(3), Minimum side yard permitted, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 148 SOUTH POWELL AVENUE (43204), to conform an existing four-unit dwelling with a reduced minimum side yard in the R-2F, Residential District (Council Variance # CV13-041). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, to Waive the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 0347-2014 To rezone 135 DILLMONT DRIVE (43235), being 3.69± acres located on the east side of Dillmont Drive, 400± feet south of Lazelle Road East, From: L-C-2, Limited Commercial District, To: L-AR-12, Limited Apartment Residential, and L-C-2, Limited Commercial Districts and to City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final February 24, 2014 declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z13-041). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Michelle Mills Affirmative: 6- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 0348-2014 To grant a variance from the provisions of Sections 3333.02, AR-12, ARLD and AR-1, Apartment Residential District use; 3312.21(B)(D), Landscaping and screening; 3312.25, Maneuvering; 3312.49, Minimum number of parking spaces required; 3321.01, Dumpster area; 3321.09, Screening; 3333.16, Fronting; 3333.24, Rear yard; and 3333.255, Perimeter yard, of the Columbus City codes; for the property located at 135 DILLMONT DRIVE (43235), to permit commercial parking and maneuvering in residentially zoned property, and reduced development standards for an apartment building in the L-AR-12, Limited Apartment Residential District and an office development in the L-C-2, Limited Commercial District and to declare an emergency (Council Variance # CV13-027). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Abstained: 1- Michelle Mills Affirmative: 6- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended.
