CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0559-2014 To rezone 1085 GEORGESVILLE ROAD (43228), being 1.38± acres located on the west side of Georgesville Road, 170± feet north of Hall Road, From: R, Rural District, To: L-C-3, Limited Commercial District (Rezoning # Z13-054). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, to Waive the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, to Waive the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A. Troy Miller, Hearcel Craig, Zachary Klein, Michelle Mills, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, to Waive the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A.
