CRAIG KLEIN MILLS PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0631-2014 To rezone 2255 EAST DUBLIN-GRANVILLE ROAD (43229), being 1.14± acres located at the southwest corner of East Dublin-Granville Road and Parkville Street, From: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z13-062). A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Craig, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- A.
