A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Paley, to Dispense with the reading
of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote:

Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson,
and Andrew Ginther
EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION
ZONING: GINTHER, CHR. HARDIN KLEIN MILLS PAGE PALEY TYSON

0525-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3363.01,
M-manufacturing district; and 3363.24(B), Building lines in an
M-manufacturing district, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property
located at 581 & 585 WOODLAND AVENUE (43203), to permit two
single-unit dwellings on one lot with a reduced building line in the M,
Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV14-052).
A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Paley, that this Ordinance be
Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Abstained: 1- Shannon Hardin
Affirmative: 5- Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew

A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be
Amended as submitted to the Clerk. The motion carried by the following vote:
