ROLL CALL Absent 1 - Zach Klein Present 6 - Shannon Hardin, Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Paley, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Zach Klein Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: GINTHER, CHR. HARDIN KLEIN MILLS PAGE PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0525-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3363.01, M-manufacturing district; and 3363.24(B), Building lines in an M-manufacturing district, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 581 & 585 WOODLAND AVENUE (43203), to permit two single-unit dwellings on one lot with a reduced building line in the M, Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV14-052). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Paley, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Zach Klein Abstained: 1- Shannon Hardin Affirmative: 5- Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 0528-2015 To rezone 1085 PARSONS AVENUE (43206), being 1.41± acres located at the southwest corner of Parsons and Stewart Avenues, City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final March 2, 2015 From: CPD, Commercial Planned Development, C-4, Commercial, and R-2F, Residential Districts, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning # Z14-050). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Zach Klein Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended.
