A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Page, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. No. 1047-91; passed May 3,1991 (Council Variance # CV14-036). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Klein, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk.
