HARDIN KLEIN MILLS PAGE PALEY TYSON GINTHER 0648-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3370.05, Permitted uses, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 2188 CITYGATE DRIVE (43219), to permit a limited accessory spectator assembly area within an office/warehouse tenant space in the L-M, Limited Manufacturing District and to declare an emergency (Council variance # CV14-062). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Shannon Hardin, Zach Klein, Michelle Mills, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Priscilla Tyson, and Andrew Ginther 1490-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.039, R-4, Residential District use; 3312.21, Landscaping and screening; 3312.25, Maneuvering; 3312.29, Parking space; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3321.01, Dumpster area; 3332.05, Area district lot width requirements; 3332.15, R-4 area district requirements; 3332.19, Fronting on a public street; 3332.21(B), Building lines; 3332.25, Maximum side yards required; 3332.26, Minimum side yard permitted; 3332.27, Rear yard; and 3332.28, Side or rear yard obstruction, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1499 ELMWOOD AVENUE (43212), to permit two separate dwellings on the same lot for four contiguous lots with reduced development standards in the R-4, Residential District, and to repeal Ordinance No. 0321-2014, passed on March 3, 2014 and to declare an emergency (Council Variance # CV15-011). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Klein, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Paley, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency.
