permitted uses; and 3361.02, Permitted uses, of the Columbus City

to allow a self-storage facility in the CPD, Commercial Planned
Development District (Council Variance # CV15-025).
A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Paley, that this Ordinance be
Amended as submitted to the Clerk. The motion carried by the following vote:

and to declare an emergency (Z05-079A).

Residential Districts (Rezoning # Z14-044).
