ROLL CALL Absent 1 - Priscilla Tyson Present 6 - Shannon Hardin, Zach Klein, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Fran Ryan, and Andrew Ginther READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Paley, seconded by Ryan, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Zach Klein, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Fran Ryan, and Andrew Ginther EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: GINTHER, CHR. KLEIN HARDIN PAGE PALEY RYAN TYSON 2624-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.037, R-2F, Residential District; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3332.05(A)(4), Area district lot width requirements; 3332.21, Building lines; 3332.25(B), Maximum side yards required; and 3332.26(C)(2), Minimum side yard permitted, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 923 EAST LONG STREET (43205), to permit a child day care center or a Type "A" home day care facility with reduced development standards in the R-2F, Residential District, and to repeal Ordinance No. 2798-2014, passed on December 8, 2014 (Council Variance # CV15-038). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Hardin, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Zach Klein, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Fran Ryan, and Andrew Ginther City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final November 2, 2015 2626-2015 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, C-4, Permitted uses; 3309.14, Height district; 3312.49(B)(C), Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; and 3356.11(C), C-4 district setback lines, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 930 NORTH HIGH STREET (43201), to permit a mixed-use development with reduced development standards in the C-4, Commercial District and to declare an emergency (CV15-053). A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Page, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Priscilla Tyson Affirmative: 6- Shannon Hardin, Zach Klein, Jaiza Page, Eileen Paley, Fran Ryan, and Andrew Ginther A motion was made by Ginther, seconded by Page, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended.
