ROLL CALL Present 7 - Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Shannon Hardin, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Zach Klein READING AND DISPOSAL OF THE JOURNAL A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this be Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Shannon Hardin, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Zach Klein EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: PAGE, CHR. E. BROWN M. BROWN HARDIN STINZIANO TYSON KLEIN 0376-2016 To rezone 5372 CENTRAL COLLEGE ROAD (43081), being 85.4± acres located on the north side of Central College Road, 3,040± feet west of Harlem Road; From: NE, Neighborhood Edge, NG, Neighborhood General, and NC, Neighborhood Center Districts, To: NE, Neighborhood Edge, NG, Neighborhood General, and NC, Neighborhood Center Districts (Rezoning # Z15-034). A motion was made by Page, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Shannon Hardin, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Zach Klein A motion was made by Page, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved as Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Shannon Hardin, Jaiza Page, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Zach Klein 0377-2016 To grant a variance from the provisions of Sections 3320.13(A)(13), Administration; 3320.17(B)(8), Civic spaces and civic buildings; and 3320.19(B) (8),(19),(20), Private buildings, of the City codes; for the City of Columbus Page 1 Zoning Committee Minutes - Final February 29, 2016 property located at 5372 CENTRAL COLLEGE ROAD (43081), to permit 59.1 percent of the TND project area to be in the NE, Neighborhood Edge District, to eliminate the playground requirement, and to increase the permitted percentage of frontage and maximum setback for garages for a TND development in the NE, Neighborhood Edge, NG, Neighborhood General, and NC, Neighborhood Center Districts established by Rezoning Application No. Z15-034 (Council Variance # CV15-039). A motion was made by Page, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Approved.
