Apartment Residential District (Rezoning # Z16-045).
A motion was made by Page, seconded by M. Brown, that this Ordinance be

modifying the CPD Text regading building height, and replace the
CPD Plan and building elevations, for property located at 136
PARSONS AVENUE (43215) (Rezoning Amendment # Z16-017A).
A motion was made by Page, seconded by Hardin, that this Ordinance be
Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
