BROWN HARDIN STINZIANO TYSON KLEIN 2214-2017 To amend Ordinance # 1932-2017 passed July 31, 2017 (Z17-008), for property located at 7000 BENT TREE BOULEVARD (43235), by replacing Sections 1, 2, and 3 with correct references to the zoning district and the height district (Z17-008A) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency.
