A motion was made by Page, seconded by M. Brown, to Waive the 2nd Reading. A motion was made by Page, seconded by Tyson, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Page, seconded by Stinziano, to Waive the 2nd Reading.
