BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 0492-2018 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3363.01, M, Manufacturing District, of the Columbus City Codes, for the property located at 3310 LOCKBOURNE ROAD (43207), to conform an existing single-unit dwelling in the M, Manufacturing District (Council Variance # CV17-086) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by Stinziano, to Waive the 2nd Reading. A motion was made by Tyson, seconded by M. Brown, to Waive the 2nd Reading.
