BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 2655-2018 To rezone 7280 LEHMAN ROAD (43110), being 11.57± acres located on the north side of Lehman Road, 760± feet west of Bowman Bowen Road, From: R, Rural District, To: PUD-6, Planned Unit Development District (Rezoning #Z17-027). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Michael Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Jaiza Page, that this Ordinance be Approved.
