BROWN PAGE REMY STINZIANO HARDIN 3296-2018 To rezone 4970 SUNBURY ROAD (43230), being 2.1± acres located on the east side of Sunbury Road, 1,100± feet north of Morse Road, From: L-R, Limited Rural District and L-C-3, and L-C-4, Limited Commercial districts, To: CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning #Z17-033). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Michael Stinziano, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Jaiza Page, Emmanuel Remy, Michael Stinziano, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin 3297-2018 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.037, R-2F, Residential district; 3312.29, Parking space; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3321.01, Dumpster area; and 3332.26, Minimum side yard permitted, of the Columbus City codes; for the property located at 326 ST. CLAIR AVENUE (43203), to permit a six-unit apartment building with reduced development standards in the R-2F, Residential District (Council Variance #CV18-057). A motion was made by Michael Stinziano, seconded by Mitchell Brown, that this Ordinance be Amended as submitted to the Clerk. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Mitchell Brown, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Mitchell Brown, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Mitchell Brown, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Elizabeth Brown, that this Ordinance be Approved.
