3332.05, Area district lot width requirements; 3332.13, R-3 area district
requirements; 3332.19, Fronting on a public street; 3332.26, Minimum
side yard permitted; and 3332.27, Rear yard, of the Columbus City
Codes; for the property located at 49 SOUTH HURON AVENUE
(43204), to permit two single-unit dwellings on one lot with reduced
development standards in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance
#CV18-107).
A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Mitchell Brown, to Waive
the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote:

Development District, To: L-M, Manufacturing District and CPD,
Commercial Planned Development District (Rezoning #Z18-072).
A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Mitchell Brown, to Waive
the 2nd Reading. The motion carried by the following vote:

the property located at 26 EAST FIFTH AVENUE (43201), to permit a
night club and a meadery with reduced parking in the C-3, Commercial
District, and to repeal Ordinance #1741-2010, passed December 13,
2010 (Council Variance #CV18-0103).
