development in the C-4, Commercial District (Council Variance
#CV19-117).
A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that
this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that
this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

BROAD ST. (43222), to permit a 45-unit apartment building with reduced
development standards in the L-C-4, Limited Commercial District
(Council Variance #CV19-080).

this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Residential District (Council Variance #CV19-105).
