Remy, seconded by Rob Dorans, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. E. BROWN M. BROWN DORANS FAVOR REMY HARDIN 0193-2020 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3356.03, C-4 permitted uses, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 4836 CLEVELAND AVE. (43231), to permit multi-unit residential development in the C-4, Commercial District (Council Variance #CV19-117). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved. MOUND ST. (43205), to permit a two-unit dwelling with reduced development standards in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV19-078). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved. BROAD ST. (43222), to permit a 45-unit apartment building with reduced development standards in the L-C-4, Limited Commercial District (Council Variance #CV19-080). A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that this Ordinance be Approved. (43207), to permit a single-unit dwelling with reduced development standards in the R-2F, Residential District (Council Variance #CV19-105).
