hospital with reduced development standards in the R, Rural District, and
the L-C-2, Limited Commercial District (Council Variance #CV20-008).

repealing Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3 thereby

modifying the Limitation Text as it pertains to maximum number of beds,
building area, and impervious surface area (Rezoning Amendment
#Z12-040A) and to declare an emergency .

this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. The motion carried by the
following vote:
