2441-2020 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.039, R-4,
residential district; and 3312.09, Aisle, of the Columbus City codes; for
the property located at 851 N. 4TH ST. (43215), to permit a 300 square
foot accessory dining patio and reduced aisle width in the R-4,
Residential District (Council Variance #CV20-083).
A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Emmanuel V. Remy, that
this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3321.05(B)(2),
Vision clearance; 3332.26, Minimum side yard permitted; 3372.604(B),
Setback requirements; and 3372.605(B)(D), Building design standards,
of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1223 E. LONG
ST. (43203), to permit an eating and drinking establishment with reduced
development standards in the R-2F, Residential District, and to repeal
Ordinance #763-92, passed April 27, 1992 (Council Variance
#CV20-004).

this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

permit reduced development standards for an apartment building in the
AR-1, Apartment Residential District, (Council Variance #CV20-046).
