(43235), to permit single-unit dwellings and reduced development standards for a multi-unit residential development in the L-AR-1, Limited Apartment Residential District (Council Variance #CV19-021). (43235), to permit single-unit dwellings and reduced development standards for a multi-unit residential development in the L-AR-1, Limited Apartment Residential District (Council Variance #CV19-021).
