The motion carried by the following vote: Absent: 1- Emmanuel Remy Affirmative: 6- Elizabeth Brown, Mitchell Brown, Rob Dorans, Shayla Favor, Priscilla Tyson, and Shannon Hardin EMERGENCY, TABLED AND 2ND READING OF 30 DAY LEGISLATION ZONING: TYSON, CHR. E. BROWN M. BROWN DORANS FAVOR REMY HARDIN 2490-2021 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3332.035, R-3 residential district; for the property located at 933-935 E. 12TH AVE. (43211), to permit a two-unit dwelling in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV21-085) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Shayla Favor, to Adopt the findings of staff as the findings of Council . (43110), being 32.9± acres located at the southwest corner of Bowen Road and Long Road, From: PUD-6, Planned Unit Development District, To: L-ARLD, Limited Apartment Residential District (Rezoning #Z20-101) and to declare an emergency. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Shayla Favor, that this Ordinance be Amended to Emergency. A motion was made by Priscilla Tyson, seconded by Shayla Favor, to Adopt the findings of staff as the findings of Council .
