A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, that this Ordinance be Approved. A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Nicholas Bankston, Lourdes Barroso De Padilla, Elizabeth Brown, Rob Dorans, Shayla Favor, Emmanuel Remy, and Shannon Hardin 0851-2022 To amend Ordinance #1091-2021, passed May 10, 2021 (Z20-104), by repealing Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3 thereby modifying the CPD text regarding the building setback and replacing the approved CPD plan for property located at 915 W. 5 TH AVE. (43212) (Rezoning Amendment # Z20-104A). A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Nicholas Bankston, Lourdes Barroso De Padilla, Elizabeth Brown, Rob Dorans, Shayla Favor, Emmanuel Remy, and Shannon Hardin VARIANCE ORDINANCES 0890-2022 To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, C-4 permitted uses; 3309.14(B), Height districts; 3312.49, Minimum numbers of parking spaces required; 3356.05(F), C-4 district development limitations; and 3356.11, C-4 district setback lines, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 303 E. 6TH AVE. (43201), to permit a mixed-use development with reduced development standards in the C-4, Commercial District (Council Variance #CV21-108). A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, to Accept entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. The motion carried by the following vote: Affirmative: 7- Nicholas Bankston, Lourdes Barroso De Padilla, Elizabeth Brown, Rob Dorans, Shayla Favor, Emmanuel Remy, and Shannon Hardin A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, to Adopt the findings of staff as the findings of Council .
