Remy, to Dispense with the reading of the Journal and Approve. BANKSTON BARROSO DE PADILLA BROWN FAVOR REMY HARDIN REZONINGS 1283-2022 To rezone 1402 JOYCE AVE. (43219) , being 0.62± acres located at the southeast corner of Joyce Avenue and Windsor Avenue, From: C-4, Commercial District, To: L-M, Limited Manufacturing District (Rezoning #Z21-073). A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, that this Ordinance be Approved. (43205), to conform an existing single-unit dwelling in the C-4, Commercial District with reduced parking (Council Variance #CV22-018). A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, to Accept entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. (43219) , to permit reduced development standards for contractor’s storage in the L-M, Limited Manufacturing District (Council Variance #CV21-104).
