Consider approval of minutes of council meeting held on July 2, 2026. B. Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O26-06-11, amending the Zoning Code, Section 227.3 to permit adaptive residential multi-family reuse as a use permitted on appeal (special exception) and to the Zoning Code Section 234 Chart of Permitted Uses to include adaptive residential multi-family reuse. Consider Resolution #R26-07-13, authorizing the City Manager to acquire by donation, negotiation or eminent domain certain land rights relating to the 39 Depot Project and construction necessary to connect Oak Avenue from Depot Street to West Broad Street.
