Milestone Recognition Program (Luwam Ghermay) Luwam Ghermay presented the item. A copy of the presentation was made a part of the record. Discussion ensued. There was Commission consensus to proceed with the program as presented. 2. Mayor for the Day Program (Luwam Ghermay) Luwam Ghermay presented the item, noting that the program included all elected officials. A copy of the presentation was made a part of the record. Discussion ensued. There was Commission consensus to proceed with the program as presented. 3. Public Art Master Plan (Tina Jou) Tina Jou presented the item. A copy of the presentation was made a part of the record. Discussion ensued. City Manager Babinec noted that a balance is kept in the Public Art Fund to maintain any art pieces that require maintenance. Feedback was also given to allow for student representation at a minimum two committee meetings per year.  4. Code Update (George Soberon) City Manager Babinec recommended to postpone the item. There was Commission consensus to postpone the item. Commission Communications 5. Commission Attended Conferences Members of the Commission shared takeaways from attended conferences. Vice Mayor Bowen provided feedback from the 16th Annual Climate Summit. Mayor Brook reflected on his attendance at the Combat Antisemitism Movement. Handouts were provided. The handout was made a part of the record. Mayor Brook requested to host another community conversation in the near future. There was Commission consensus to host another community conversation.
