Museum of Art Board of Directors Meeting Agenda 1. Minutes Approval (Georgia Elliott) Request to approve Museum of Art Board of Directors meeting summary of November 15, 2023. (REQUEST TO APPROVE) Motion: To approve the meeting summary. Result: Passed (Unanimously) Mover: Vice Chair Cerra Seconder: Board Member Carter 2. Downtown Museum Gallery in Cornerstone Development Update (Julie Krolak) Director Julie Krolak provided an update on the Museum Gallery. 3. Strategic Planning Update (Julie Krolak) Director Julie Krolak provided a strategic plan update. A copy of her presentation was made part of this meeting packet. Ms. Krolak fielded questions from the Board.  4. Current and Future Exhibits Update (Juliana Forero) Arts & Culture Programs Manager Juliana Forero provided an overview of the current and future museum exhibits. A handout was provided to the Board from Ms. Forero and was made part of this meeting packet. Ms. Forero fielded questions from the Board. 5. Arts and Culture Programs Manager Report (Juliana Forero) A handout was provided to the Board from Ms. Forero and was made part of this meeting packet. Ms. Forero fielded questions from the Board.
