Museum of Art Board of Directors Meeting Agenda 1. Minutes Approval (Georgia Elliott) Request to approve the Museum of Art Board of Directors meeting summary of June 5, 2024. REQUEST TO APPROVE) Motion: To approve the meeting summary. Result: Passed (Unanimously) Mover: Board Member Brook Seconder: Board Member Bowen 2. Downtown Museum Gallery in Cornerstone Development Update (Michael McNally) Request to accept the Downtown Museum Gallery in Cornerstone Development Update. (REQUEST TO ACCEPT) Director Michael McNally presented the item. A copy of the presentation was made part of the summary packet. Discussion ensued, and staff fielded questions from the Board.  Motion: To accept the Downtown Museum Gallery in Cornerstone Development Update. Result: Passed (Unanimously) Mover: Board Member Bowen Seconder: Vice Chair Cerra 3. Art and Culture Programs Manager Report (Paula Juliana Forero) Request to accept Arts and Culture Manager Report including strategic planning and upcoming exhibitions. (REQUEST TO ACCEPT) Arts and Culture Manager Paula Juliana Ferrero presented the report. A copy of the report was made part of the summary packet. Discussion ensued. There was a request for staff to send communications sent to Guild members to the Board as well, and to investigate traveling historical exhibits. Motion: To accept the Arts and Culture Manager Report.
