Time: 10:00 am d. Location: Commission Chambers located on the 1st floor of City Hall 2. Introductions a. Introduction of Evaluation Committee Members 3. Procurement Guidelines and Requirement a. Review procurement guidelines 4. Requirements for Response a. Pros and cons of each proposer by trade from the perspective of each committee member. b. Identify specific issues relating to any of the submissions. 5. Request Ranking of Each Proposal from Evaluation Committee a. Request each Evaluation Committee Member to score the proposals per the evaluation criteria as outlined in the LOI. b. The proposals will be ranked according to the total overall points from the Evaluation Committee Members scoring by trade. c. The Evaluation Committee will determine if presentations are needed. d. If presentations are needed, the Evaluation Committee will need to decide on the number of proposers they would like to interview. The Evaluation Committee will also need to determine date and time for the presentations as well as the questions for the proposers to address during their presentation. e. If presentations are not needed, recommendation of award will be to the top ranked proposer per the scoring of the Evaluation Committee. 6. Question and Comments 7.
