Discuss and consider approving the minutes from the regular meeting held on June 22, 2026. C. Discuss and consider making a recommendation to the City Council on a preliminary plat for Teeter Ranch, to create 189 residential lots and open space lots, requested by Steve Hawkins for an approximately 68-acre tract in the John W Haynes Survey, Abstract # 774 and the Memucan Hunt Survey, Abstract # 763, located at the southeast corner of Hampton Rd and FM 1187. Case # PPLT-2026-003 IV. Discussion A. Discuss and provide input to staff on plat review and approval processes. This is a discussion item only; no action may be taken on this agenda item. V. Public Comment If you wish to make a public comment or discuss subjects not listed on the Agenda, please fill out a (yellow) Visitor’s Participation card and submit to the board secretary.
