E. SUBDIVISION APPROVALS –
1. Dan Mann has applied for the subdivision of a 23.796-acre parcel of land known as 4156
Perryville Road, Danville. The property is zoned Agricultural (AG).
F. PUBLIC HEARINGS –
1. Danville Host, LLC has applied for approval of a Site Development Plan for a 3.989-acre
parcel of land located off heretofore unbonded and nonexistent Samuel and Donna Streets, future
connecting roads to existing Shannon Way. The plan is titled Centre Estates Carriage Homes,
Phase 1 and calls for 30 units and a private street. The property is zoned multi-family (RM-3).
2. 858 Ventures, LLC has applied for a zoning map amendment on 41.482-acres of land located
off Stanford Road, Danville, being the rear portion of the property of McAfee Properties LLC.
The property is currently zoned Highway Business and General Business. The amendment
requested is to go to heavier density single-family (R1-C) and multi-family (RM-4).
3. (TABLED 06.24.26) The Planning & Zoning Commission will consider Zoning Ordinance
Text Amendments and Article 4 of the Joint Zoning Ordinance.
