A resolution of the Industrial Development Authority of Danville, Virginia approving and authorizing the renewal of a lease agreement between the Industrial Development Authority of Danville, Virginia and Morrisette Paper Company, Inc. for property identified as 979 Lockett Drive, Danville , Virginia, and bearing tax parcel ID #75918. 3. A resolution of the Industrial Development Authority of Danville, Virginia approving and authorizing an assignment and assumption agreement between AAL Investor, LLC, North Union Master Tenant, LLC, and IDA Danville Manager, LLC.
