VanDeWoestyne Guest(s): N/A Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m. by B. Zelsdorf. Approval of Minutes: J.. Newton-Butt moved to have the minutes of the May 2021 meeting approved, R. Nimtz seconded. All ayes. New Business: 1. S. VanDeWoestyne shared the upcoming Applicant Workshops, hosted in collaboration with the Davenport NAACP and LULAC. Old Business: 1. Commissioners facilitated a discussion regarding the breakdown of city employees per job group category, and the represented underutilization in certain categories. The identification of problem areas including corrective actions will be included in the Inclusion & Equity Plan for EEO update this Fall. Adjournment J.
