November 3, 2016 NOTICE The undersigned, Harriet E. Rosenthal, Mayor of the Village of Deerfield, does hereby give notice that the Board of Trustees will meet in Executive Session on Monday, November 7, 2016, immediately following the regular 7:30 p.m. Village Board meeting. The Executive Session will take place in the Executive Conference Room of the Village Hall to discuss pending or imminent litigation, personnel, and review of closed session minutes pursuant to Section 2(c)(11), 2(c)(1), and 2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act. The village clerk is hereby directed to: (1) forthwith deliver a copy of this notice to all village trustees; (2) post a copy of this notice of said special meeting not less than 48 hours prior to said special meeting at the village hall; and (3) supply copies of this notice to any news media which has filed an annual request for such notices. __________________________________ Harriet E.
