MINUTES BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS WORK SESSION OF BBA SUBCOMMITTEE A work session meeting of the Building Board of Appeals Subcommittee took place on February 3, 2016 at 3:30 PM in the Glidden Conference Room at the DeKalb Municipal Building. Roll Call Present members were Christine Scholl, Lisa Sharp, and Don Whitmore. Also present was Dan Burrows of SAFEbuilt. Approval of Agenda – Additions / Deletions C. Scholl motioned to approve the agenda as written. L. Sharp seconded the motion. All approved by voice vote. Public Participation None. New Business The group had a discussion of the ICC 2015 codes currently under consideration for City adoption. All items will be discussed with the full commission prior to making any decisions. Adjournment L. Sharp motioned to adjourn. C. Scholl seconded the motion. All approved by voice vote at 4:05 PM.
