New Business. a) Approve FY12 Municipal Compliance Report submitted to City 11/24/12. b) Tepfer report and demand letter on City Council agenda for 11/26/12. c) Discussion of securities litigation and securities fraud. d) Approve 2013 benefit increases. e) Arrange for elections for active member (Stewart’s slot) 3rd Monday in April. Disseminate letter of interest in running. Get Kepner on April City Council agenda for reappointment. f) Discussion of fiduciary insurance quotes received 12/10/12. 11. Adjournment.
