a) Document the results of the election of active member held the week of April 13, 2015.
b) Kepner to be reappointed this month.
c) State of Illinois FY14 Actuarial Valuation received 3/4/15 and forwarded to mayor, City
Council, and City Manager. State recommended levy of $2,357,482 was $720,597 greater
than what the City actually levied ($1,636,885).
d) Engage Sikich LLP for FY15 audit.
e) Presentation by representative of AMG Yacktman Service.
f) Approval of transfer of service of Jason Goodwin from Rochelle PD.
1) Accept payment of $116,557.66 from Rochelle Police Pension Fund.
2) Recognize transfer as paid in full.
3) Acknowledge revised DOH from 11/03/14 to 8/24/08.
g) Approval of transfer of service of Sonny Streit from Rochelle PD.
1) Accept payment of $36,737.94 from Rochelle Police Pension Fund.
2) Recognize transfer as paid in full.
3) Acknowledge revised DOH from 11/10/14 to 2/1/12.
