President Jim Kayes called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m. A. ROLL CALL Vice President Paul Mott called the roll and the following members of the DeKalb Police Pension Fund were present: Jim Kayes, Paul Mott, Joyce Stupegia, Patrick Fagan and Joshua Boldt. Also present: Stephen McLeod and David Wall with Wall & Associates, and Assistant City Manager Ray Munch. B. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA – ADDITIONS / DELETIONS • Agenda approved on voice vote by Secretary Mott. 5 ayes. C. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • Minutes from the DeKalb Police Pension Fund Meeting on January 17th, 2020 were approved by voice vote. 5 ayes. (Jim Kayes, Paul Mott, Joyce Stupegia, Joshua Boldt, Patrick Fagan) E. OLD BUSINESS • None F. INVESTMENT MANAGER REPORT • Stephen McLeod and David Wall provided the quarterly report on fund performance for the first quarter of 2020. G. NEW BUSINESS • BILLS FOR PAYMENT  o Motion by Joyce Stupegia to pay bills listed on the agenda of May 21st, 2020. Second by Paul Mott. Roll call vote by Secretary Mott. President Kayes declared the motion passed. • ELECTION RESULTS o Trustees Boldt and Kayes held their positions following an April election. They were each unopposed. The votes will be tallied in person at the next meeting. • INVESTMENT ALLOCATION o Motion by Paul Mott to move $300,000.00 from cash back to investments. Second by Patrick Fagan. Roll call vote by Secretary Mott. Yes, votes from Joshua Boldt, Paul Mott, Joyce Stupegia, Patrick Fagan and Jim Kayes. President Kayes declared the motion passed. • SERVICE PURCHASE & TRANSFERS o Max Paul Approved the Chapter 3 transfer of Maxwell Paul creditable service with Springfield PD and formally accepted payment, recognized the transfer as paid in full, and acknowledged the revised date of hire. o Motion to approve by Joshua Boldt, second by Joyce Stupegia.
