A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Gilmore, that Council Resolution 19-0453 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- New, Gilmore, Brooks, Herndon, Ortega, Clark Nay: 0 Absent: 1- López 19-0542 Authorizes the Manager of Finance to issue City and County of Denver, for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, Airport Senior Revenue Bonds, Series 2019A-D in an amount not to exceed $500 million for the purpose of refunding airport bonds, paying for swap terminations and paying costs of issuance expenses. A motion offered by Councilmember Ortega, duly seconded by Councilmember Herndon, that Council Bill 19-0542 be approved for filing.
