A motion offered by Councilmember Herndon, duly seconded by Councilmember Hinds, that Council Resolution 20-1530 be approved for filing. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- Sawyer, Herndon, Hinds, Flynn, Gilmore, Clark Nay: 1- Ortega Consent Items 20-1529 Amends a surface access license agreement with DCP Wattenberg Pipeline, LLC by adding $10,155 for a new total of $20,312 to lease an additional 355 square feet for solar powered monitoring devices as required by the USDOT for their pipeline on Denver International Airport property.
