A motion offered by Councilmember Hinds, duly seconded by Councilmember Sawyer, that Council Resolution 22-0799 be approved for filing, carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Sawyer, Hinds, Ortega, Flynn, Gilmore Nay: 0 Absent: 2- Herndon, Clark 22-0800 Approves an on-call contract with Intermountain Electric, Inc. for $3,000,000 through 7-31-2025 for the development, design, and installation of distributed energy resources such as solar photovoltaics, battery storage, electric vehicle charging equipment, and other climate action technologies, citywide (CASR-202263648).
