Operations Management for five years, with two one-year options,
commencing 2-1-2024 and ending in 1-31-2029, in the amount of

A motion offered by Councilmember Torres, duly seconded by Vice Chair Parady,
that Council Resolution 23-1371 be approved for filing, carried by the following
