new total of $1,189,000 and two years for a new end date of 12-31-21 for advisory
services to the city, including advocacy, fundraising and environmental education

District (UDFCD) by adding $250,790 of City funds for a new total of $3,600,790, to
remove properties from the regulated floodplain associated with the Marston Lake
