On Monday, November 18, Council will hold a required public hearing on Council Bill 19-1008, changing the zoning classification for 2100 South Cherry Street, 4500 East Evans Avenue, and a portion of 2135 South Cherry Street in University Hills; and, a required public hearing on Council Bill 19-1009, changing the zoning classification for 2175 South Cherry Street, 2176 South Clermont Street, 4501 East Warren Avenue and a portion of 2135 South Cherry Street in University Hills.
