This is the time of the meeting for the City Council to receive comments from the public regarding items up for

closes at 5:30 p.m. No sign-up by proxy permitted. Each speaker is allowed 3 minutes, there is no yielding of

record on an item, we ask that submissions be sent to dencc@denvergov.org no later than 3 p.m. on the date

22-1246 A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory
Agreement to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and
County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District d/b/a Mile
High Flood District to support the final design of drainage and flood control
improvements as part of the Globeville Levee Project in Council District 9.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District, doing business as Mile High Flood District (MHFD), by adding $2,650,000 in
MHFD funds and $3,718,816.59 in City Wastewater Enterprise funds for a total
addition of $6,368,816.59 and a new agreement total of $13,468,816.59 to support
the final design of drainage and flood control improvements as part of the Globeville
Levee Project in Council District 9. No change to agreement duration (DOTI-
202054890/ 202264701). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the

22-1114 A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory
Agreement between the City and County of Denver and School District No.
1, to continue supporting urban farming operations and food programs

work-based learning opportunities, and providing fresh produce to
students and the community.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with School District No. 1, by adding
$187,777 for a new total of $717,127 and one year for a new end date of 7-31-2023,
through funding from the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, to continue
supporting urban farming operations and food programs with accompanying food
justice, health and nutrition curriculum and work-based learning opportunities, and
providing fresh produce to students and community at Bruce Randolph School in
Council District 9 (ENVHL- 202055488-00/ ENVHL-202263895). The last regularly

assistance-related entities for State FY21/22 and FY22/23, citywide

22-1242 A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Agreement between

Authority (DHHA) through 12-31-23 whereby DHHA experts will conduct

22-1243 A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory
Agreement between the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado
