Monday, September 11, 2023, Council will hold a required public hearing on
Council Bill 23-0963 changing the zoning classification for 1600 North
Hooker Street in West Colfax; a required public hearing on Council Bill
23-0984 changing the zoning classification for 6137 East 17th Avenue
Parkway in South Park Hill; and a required public hearing on Council Bill
23-0985 changing the zoning classification for 1001 & 1015 North King
